COUNSELLING:-

As a part of personality development, counselling sessions are conducted regularly for the students who are selected through a system based on proactive approach of identification of potential counselling needs. Graphological Analysis, Personality Analysis and Standard Psychometric Tests are used as tools by the counsellors to get the holistic perspective about the potential users.

PERSONAL CONTACT FORUM:-

Personal Contact Forum (PCF) is a distinguishing feature at IUHT, which is a daily activity to help the future managers in discovering their inner self, so that they are able to transform their personalities. All the students are divided into smaller groups headed by a faculty in charge whose main role is to act as a facilitator in the process of discovery of the eternal truth.

BEYOND ACADEMICS:-

IUHT lays special emphasis on the all round development of the student managers. The student managers have different forums for sharing of information not only amongst the students but also with the corporate world. There are many activities, which are organized by the students like seminars, workshops, guest lectures, etc. Everyday the student managers organize events like news analysis and review of research papers, which keep them updated with the latest developments and innovations. IUHT also emphasizes on recreational activities for all round development of the student managers.
Each student manager is required to become a member of any (at least two) of the following committees/clubs. A yearly activity calendar is prepared by the respective committees, student body, with active guidance from the faculty. The committee organizes a gamut of activities for the display and development of creative talent on the campus.
